Jeff Wylie
Chief Financial Officer

• Joined Lagan in 2008 with responsibility for financial, legal, administrative and company secretarial functions as well as becoming a member of the Board of Directors
• Formerly as CFO and COO of Meridio, an Ireland-based international enterprise software house, he was part of the senior team which drove revenue above $20 million and carved out a successful position in the records management sector
• Over his career as VC investor, corporate finance adviser and software industry senior executive, Jeff has been involved in many fundraisings, business growth and restructuring scenarios and successful exits
• A graduate of Cambridge University, Jeff is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Ernst & Young in London

Philip Murray
Executive Vice President

• Joined Lagan in 2001 to spearhead company's sales growth – overall revenues grew from $2m to $25m
• Board member responsible for Lagan’s UK business and for worldwide sales
• A graduate of Oxford University, Philip has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and over 20 years at the director and senior management levels
• Previous executive posts include responsibility for a wide range of businesses in  ICL and Fujitsu - including SI projects, operational services, outsourcing and product/software reseller - and successfully growing revenues and profits in all of these

David Moody
Chief Technology Officer

• Senior Business Executive and founding director with a customer focus on technology
• Unique combination of strong technology, customer and commercial skills
• Responsibilities include:
  • Strategic Innovation and Partnerships
  • Product Vision
  • New Technologies (Monitoring and Assessing)
  • Marketing / Media Relations (Technical)
• Played a significant role in Lagan’s rapid growth including its successful entry into the North American market and is now supporting the drive into SaaS in North America, UK and Australia

John Montgomery
Vice President of Product

• A founding Director in 1994
• Over 20 years experience in the IT industry with particular emphasis on the creation of product software packages
• Currently responsible for the product development function of Lagan, incorporating Product Management, Product Engineering and QA

Stuart Connolly
Senior Vice President of Professional Services

• Previously held several senior positions in BT including Programme Manager responsible for a multi-million pound development programme for one of BT's trading companies
• Joined Lagan in 2000 bringing a wealth of experience in solutions design and delivery in both the  UK and global markets
• Created and evolved  the solutions delivery capability within Lagan and has been key in delivering the revenue growth and market leadership that has been important to Lagan’s success
• Currently responsible for all solutions delivery to our customers in the UK, North America and Canada by Lagan’s global Professional Services organisations

Stephen Bronte
Vice President Global Customer Care & Educational Services

• 20 years senior management experience in IT and Customer Service
• Joined Lagan from Sx3 to head up Business Consulting and Training
• Extensive experience in Customer Interaction Processes and Operations Management

Davide Di Labio
Vice President Sales, North America

• With over 10 years of sales leadership experience, Davide joins from IBM Rational, where he managed a very successful team selling web application security products to Canada and Western United States.  
• Prior to being acquired by IBM, Davide led the Security and SaaS expansion within North America for Watchfire where we was responsible for buliding and managing its successful expansion into EMEA in Dublin, Ireland and also played a leading role in building the Protus IP Solutions sales team, selling Voice/Fax solutions over IP
• Davide has responsibility for new business at Lagan in North America
