Customer satisfaction depends not just on the solution you’re using but on how easy it is to get help when you need it.  As part of every customer engagement, Lagan offers a comprehensive customer support program designed to resolve problems in a timely manner.

The Lagan Customer Support Center provides self-service assistance as well as 24 x 7 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line Help Desk support. The Lagan technical support website contains a range of services to assist customers with implementation and maintenance.   Lagan solutions are designed so that Lagan support personnel can successfully and securely troubleshoot problems remotely without the need for an on-site Lagan presence.  In rare instances where this is not the case, Lagan will provide onsite support to identify and resolve the problem.
