Through the Lagan Partner Program, Lagan works with a selected range of organizations who provide products and services which complement Lagan’s core Enterprise Case Management™ (ECM™) platform and suite of case management solutions. The Partner Program is designed to assist Lagan partners with the development, implementation, configuration, support and maintenance of Lagan ECM into existing and new public sector target markets.

- Business partners - application developers, transformation partners, systems integrators and resellers. Lagan offers its business partners the ability to adopt different combinations of its SOA-based ECM architecture depending on their specific goals and requirements. For example:
- Application developers can take on the Lagan ECM Government to People Platform (G2PP) on its own or G2PP plus a collection of the Business Process Suite processes to develop their own ECM solutions for specific market sectors (click here to go to Lagan ECM technology overview)
- Transformation partners, systems integrators or resellers can use Lagan's ECM platform and suite of products as an integral part of a wider business solution.
- Systems implementers can partner with Lagan to deploy a specific market sector solution.
- Solution partners - companies that offer complementary integrations, adaptors and applications around Lagan’s ECM platform and suite of solutions. Three levels of membership – Gold, Silver and Bronze – deliver additional benefits to existing and new solution partners and ensure that Lagan customers receive the highest level of customer service, support and return on investment. Gold and Silver partners receive solution accreditation and Gold partners are designated by Lagan as preferred suppliers.
- Technology partners - companies who provide software or hardware solutions, such as telephony platforms or integration adapters that complement Lagan's own technology to deliver integrated solutions for our customers.
In addition to providing access to sales, technical, product, marketing, training and support resources, we have created the Lagan Academy where partners can receive accreditation by role and by market sector served. Partners can enroll their technical staff for in-depth, hands-on training and work incrementally towards certification based on the specific engagement requirements.
