Through the Lagan Partner Program, Lagan works with a selected range of organizations that provide products and services which complement Lagan's core Enterprise Case ManagementTM (ECMTM) platform and suite of case management solutions. The Partner Program is designed to assist Lagan partners with the development, implementation, configuration, support and maintenance of Lagan ECM into existing and new public sector target markets.

- Systems Integrator Partners - companies that couple their expertise and other technologies with Lagan's ECM platform and suite of products to deliver and support a broader business solution. These solutions may be packaged to address the needs of a specific market sector (for example DMV) or be custom solutions for a specific client.
- Solution Partners - companies that offer complementary integrations, adaptors and applications around Lagan's ECM platform and suite of solutions and have gone through Lagan's rigorous certification process. Three levels of membership – Gold, Silver and Bronze – deliver additional benefits to existing and new solution partners and ensure that Lagan customers receive the highest level of customer service, support and return on investment. Gold and Silver partners receive solution accreditation and Gold partners are designated by Lagan as preferred suppliers. Systems Integrators can incorporate complementary technologies from Lagan Solution partners with assurance that these solutions have been certified within the Lagan environment. - Technology Partners - companies that offer products that complement Lagan's ECM suite of applications such as business process management and data matching OEM components. Lagan embeds these technologies into its suite of solutions to deliver "one product" which is tested and supported directly by Lagan. This eliminates a significant amount of risk and cost for our customers and systems integrators.
In addition to providing access to sales, technical, product, marketing, training and support resources, we have created the Lagan Academy where partners can receive accreditation by role and by market sector served. Partners can enroll their technical staff for in-depth, hands-on training and work incrementally towards certification based on the specific engagement requirements.
