Lagan provides an extensive range of customer training courses for technical and end user staff to ensure that all stakeholders are fully equipped and ready to exploit Lagan Enterprise Case ManagementTM (ECMTM) from day one. Our training is designed to empower customer staff to acquire the necessary skills to use the self- sufficiency configuration tools contained within Lagan ECM.
We realize that not everybody learns the same way or at the same pace. Some individuals like a classroom environment whilst others do well with self-paced methods that are easier on your time and budget. To this end, our range of training delivery methods includes:
- Instructor-Led Training
Our traditional instructor-led training is considered by all to be the most effective, as it best facilitates real interaction, the sharing of in-depth information and direct response to questions. Our instructors are dedicated, experienced trainers who go through a rigorous certification process to ensure that they are fully competent in the Lagan product set.
Training can be delivered onsite at your location, eliminating the expense of employee travel. Alternatively, the majority of our courses are delivered at our North American training center in Chicago. For the next available dates of our most popular public courses, please see our Public Training Course Schedule.
- Lagan Virtual Classroom
Lagan Virtual Classroom is a new step in modern learning: it is the distance learning training events taught LIVE over the web using interactive web and audio conferencing tools. A subset of Lagan's instructor-led courses is available for delivery within Lagan Virtual Classroom. These courses are delivered over multiple half-day sessions, during which there will be a 2-3 hour lecture followed by a 1 hour lab or exercise review.
With Lagan Virtual Classroom, you will train with the same Lagan instructors, use the same high quality content, and receive access to the same exercises as used in our traditional instructor-led courses. By attending the live Lagan Virtual Classroom you can gain your knowledge without the expense of time and travel and therefore get more out of your training budget. For the next available dates of our most popular courses, please see our Lagan Virtual Classroom Schedule.
- Lagan eLearning
Our eLearning courses are self-paced, asynchronous (i.e. not live) training programmes that encompass a multitude of components including lessons, interactive demonstrations, simulations, email, chat, discussion boards, quizzes, self-assessment tools, and wikis. These elements combine to create an engaging, interactive learning experience for students.
Our e-courses provide targeted learning so that it is available to learners when they need it, where they need it, and with just the right focus. For further information on Lagan eLearning, please email training_request@lagan.com.
Lagan Education Services also offers custom instructor-led or eLearn courses built on our proven education templates. While our core offerings meet the education needs of most clients, customised courses can help ensure user acceptance by enabling users to relate the tool to their specific business processes. Our options range from accelerated customer agendas and customised exercises to complete course customization and course creation. Contact training_request@lagan.com for further information.
