Lagan provides a range of customer training courses for technical and end user staff to ensure that all stakeholders are fully equipped and ready to exploit Lagan Enterprise Case ManagementTM (ECMTM) from day one. These cover both formal classroom operational and technical training as well as skills transfer workshops. These are designed to empower customer staff to acquire the necessary skills to use the self-sufficiency configuration tools contained within Lagan ECM.
Training is delivered by highly motivated and experienced trainers and our classes provide a rich, hands-on experience for each student, with exercises and ‘hands-on’ activities. The quality of instruction, blending real world experience and practical interaction, provides the perfect environment for skills transfer. Training can be delivered at customer sites, eliminating the need for travel for employees. Our courses are designed to reflect the customer’s workflow, making the training more relevant to the students. In addition, we can tailor our training materials to reflect specific customer business processes or technical needs and we can custom-build training programs specifically for you.
