As part of the Lagan Delivery Framework, every engagement begins with a series of workshops to define the project scope, agree on roles and responsibilities, identify risks and issues, map project delivery milestones and determine reporting schedules. This is followed by the Process Re-engineering phase during which we work collaboratively with our customers to analyse the requirements and existing business processes and re-engineer to optimize solution performance and results. Together, we review our customer's operations, understand the services being delivered today, and help create a plan to expand these services in the future through business transformation and change management. We focus on leveraging existing technology investments and on how the Lagan product suite can be deployed so that it is ready to grow with our customers.
